Good book about cheesecake By Leo Harrison Good book for someone love baking cake like me, as cheese cake is a hard to make cake, this book really help me so much with many recipes and tips to make them. The ingredients in the recipes is quite simple and easy to buy in supermarket, so it help me prepare the favorite cake to my children. I like this book

1 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Not Worth the Money By Cakes to Go I generally don't write unkindly reviews, but this book is not worth the money. It looks like the someone wrote her notes and decided to copy it on to a few sheets of paper. Photos are not provided and the book is 72 pages, front to back. With such a small book, some of the recipes take up three pages.The book list many of the ingredients without separating the crust, filling, or toppings (listed in bullet format) recipes. Many of the recipes do not specify the actual amount, things like: 3 packs of cream cheese (should the reader think it is 3 - 8 oz packs of cream cheese ), personally I purchase by cream cheese by the pound. Another ingredient reads: 1 container of sour cream ( Is it 1 - 8 oz container of sour cream). Maybe once I separate the ingredients (crust, filling, topping) the recipe may actually turn out to be delicious. I'll keep you posted.
