I can't stand her and wish someone would just beat her real good.I feel so bad for Ebony! James doesn't deserve her and I hope he loses her! Dread was a little crazy, but he actually wasn't that bad. Can't wait to read more and hopefully Eb gives Erica the beat down she deserves and leaves James alone!

It’s filled with drama, deception, greed, jealousy and KARMA. I like that this book was different that the ‘average’ urban fiction read. The storyline flowed well and I was captured from the first page until the very last one. The lives of Erica and Jay (along with all of his other women) is one that was very realistic although it was fiction. The author did a great job of connecting the readers to the characters through words.Everything that each character went through could easily be something that we have experienced or someone that we know has experienced. And it will have you talking to the book as if they can hear you. That Erica went through hell with Jay but he definitely got it all back. I loved the twists/turns and the unexpected plots throughout the book. Each character had their own story, but it all worked together in the book. I would definitely recommend this to the next reader and I’m anxiously awaiting part 2.

Essentially I bought this book, because my mother (newly) has diabetes and I wanted to help her. What I like about this book: For someone totally newbie with this subject, the book gives a real good overview about all the questions that are often in peoples minds but never spoken out loud. A few real good recipes to know where to start and even a part about potentially beneficial diets make it a real good guide. Recommend it!

They taste better then real mayo or sour cream. The cashew mayo and sunflower sour cream made an excellent base for a dip. We just added a seasoning called Garlic Garlic and it was out of this world. My sister could not believe mine tasted better then hers which had the real mayo and sour cream... The corn butter No. 2 is so simple to make and has a great butter flavor and I use it in air popped popcorn with sea salt and on my toast. It is not a liquid so I work it through the popcorn. I'm enjoying the great taste and eating better. I've lost pounds by just making better choices. I love this cook book and thank Jurea Dawson for the time she devoted to helping others with healthy options without giving up any flavor. Oh, let me also say they have the best apple pie recipe and not one pinch of sugar and you would never know it... it is awesome. Thank you for these great recipes! I got the first book, "Real Food Recipes" and had to have "More Real Food Recipes" also...

One of the biggest myths being propagated in the compliant mainstream media today is that doctors are either pro-vaccine or anti-vaccine, and that the anti-vaccine doctors are all "quacks." However, nothing could be further from the truth in the vaccine debate. Doctors are not unified at all on their positions regarding "the science" of vaccines, nor are they unified in the position of removing informed consent to a medical procedure like vaccines. The two most extreme positions are those doctors who are 100% against vaccines and do not administer them at all, and those doctors that believe that ALL vaccines are safe and effective for ALL people, ALL the time, by force if necessary. Very few doctors fall into either of these two extremist positions, and yet it is the extreme pro-vaccine position that is presented by the U.S. Government and mainstream media as being the dominant position of the medical field. In between these two extreme views, however, is where the vast majority of doctors practicing today would probably categorize their position. Many doctors who consider themselves "pro-vaccine," for example, do not believe that every single vaccine is appropriate for every single individual. Many doctors recommend a "delayed" vaccine schedule for some patients, and not always the recommended one-size-fits-all CDC childhood schedule. Other doctors choose to recommend vaccines based on the actual science and merit of each vaccine, recommending some, while determining that others are not worth the risk for children, such as the suspect seasonal flu shot. These doctors who do not hold extreme positions would be opposed to government-mandated vaccinations and the removal of all parental exemptions. In this ebook, I am going to summarize the many doctors today who do not take the most extremist pro-vaccine position, which is probably not held by very many doctors at all, in spite of what the pharmaceutical industry, the federal government, and the mainstream media would like the public to believe.

There must be accountability for vaccine injuries and they mustn't be mandatory so the informed consent is preserved. We all need more information and extremist docs who use guilt to force vaccines on patients will come to appreciate informed consent once accountability is restored.

Wonderful book for weight loss By Amazon Customer Ketogenix diet is a diet that is characterized by intake of low carb, high fat, and moderate protein. It is designed to achieve a metabolic state that is referred to as ketosis. This diet is good for certain medical conditions but today most people go for it to help them in their fat loss endeavors. This book called Ketogenic Diet for Weight Loss is written by Matthew Foleman and it contains many delicious recipes that are also nutritious. I followed the recipes and instructions given in the book for about a month and easily shed nearly 5 kilos of bodyweight. Recipes described in the book are easy to prepare and really mouth watering. I would certainly recommend this book to my friends who are desperate to lose some of the bodyweight.

It's a very good resource for the beginner or people that are totally new to cooking. Many of the recipes are very basic, such as telling you how to scramble eggs or make deviled eggs (most people already know how to make these things, unless they've never been in a kitchen). There are a some slightly more creative recipes, such as making a Asian-style peanut sauce to serve over noodles, there's a good recipe for Peanut Butter Fat Bombs, how to make Keto Mayonnaise, among others. There is no nutritional information provided, not even net carbs, which makes choosing a dish to cook more difficult since even people on ketogenic diets have different carb tolerance levels.The end of the book contains some useful meal plans, which beginners might find particularly helpful. I'm glad this was free and I know it will help some people, but for me it was too basic to be of much use.

As more and health-conscious people emerge, they have started to adapt to the Ketogenic diet, one that is devoid of sugar. The book speaks about the Ketogenic diet and how it can help you to lose weight by eating a much healthy food compliment. The way to go about doing it is quite detailed, something that I appreciate in the book. There is also mention of an Eastern system of medicine that is also good for detoxing. But you will have to get the book to find out all about it and the Ketogenic diet.The book is laid out in an understandable and comprehensive manner. The lay man will have no trouble understanding what needs to be done to stay healthy by means of this diet.

By Joelle Bonsignore I have been watching Tanya for about a year now, and I can truly say she's my favorite youtuber. She gives advice on makeup, skin care, fashion tips, hair and nails, dealing with anxiety, love, youtube, recipes, and everything in-between! She also includes pages at the end of each chapter for you to fill in different things such as "top 10 essential items in your makeup bag" (which she also lists hers). It's filled with beautiful pictures throughout of her and her life from when she was a child to present. I have the hardcover which I believe is only available in the UK, which is where I bought it from. The pages are very sturdy, thick and glossy. I keep it on my makeup desk because I always go back to it for tips on pretty much everything listed above. Definitely worth the money, you will not regret this buy!

Much more user friendly than before, it should be consulted by anyone planning a trip abroad, preferably starting at the introduction through to the section on travelers with special needs, omitting only diseases not expected on the itinerary. It is essential in every travel medicine clinic and desirable at most travel agencies and public health agencies. Infectious disease specialists and primary care physicians dealing with frequent travelers would find it useful to keep at hand. And, compared to most medical textbooks, it's a downright steal at fifty bucks.

This edition is definitely an upgrade as the maps are more useful and the information presentation is better than in previous versions. The standard health reference for foreign travel By Bobbzz This book pretty much has all the necessary information regarding health risks to travelers abroad. It is a reference book, not a novel, so it's great for looking things up but not exactly a page burner. Plan on using this a few months before departure, since some immunizations require a second dose. It's also available on Kindle, handy while traveling.

I loved it! It is less than 100 pages, obviously a quick read. It confirms all of the other books I have read pertaining to future events and also adds some more helpful details that pertained to him and his family. Hector's visions and dreams are shorter than other authors have had and the book isn't as much of a story rather than a compilation of his visions which are all very interesting and enlightening. I'm grateful he published them for us to have the opportunity to read and benefit from them. I highly recommend.

It contains lots of short visions with not much in the way of expounding, or explanation. More just stating what he saw, which isn't a bad thing. It's to the point without a lot of wandering. It's also neither apologetic, or defensive. Hector puts a lot of specific details, like locations. It's a slightly different view from other books of this type, but not necessarily in contradiction. It's a good companion to them.

It was intriguing that many things talked about are within the area that I grew up and currently live near so my family had particular interest. My father had dreams and visions and it isn't hard for me to understand that gift. I would recommend this book for those sensitive to these things and those interested in the events of these last days.

I truly loved reading it and I feel like I truly understand aspects of my personality for the first time. I have done Myers-Briggs work before and knew my "type" but I never really understood what it meant or could articulate it well until I read this book. I have told many friends about it and they have been excited when I explained what I learned from the book and they became excited about reading it also. This will help you for family/personal life and for work and I truly recommend it to anyone. He does a wonderful job bringing the historical view of the samurai with the sensibility and reality of any great historian. I would also recommend viewing his YouTube videos.

Using both his educational background and academic standards of research, this publishing hits home in tearing away myth. In my honest opinion, the book does exactly as it claims: to replace myth with researched truth. If you like fanciful writings this book is not for you. However, if you are interested in knowing the practices, life, and ethics of the real Japanese warrior-class, this is your book. I have spent hours in this tome. It will not disappoint.

In-depth down to its construction plans, day to day life, and countless archival photos: a witness to Pennhurst's past. A beginner's introduction to the state school's history would be to watch the documentary "Suffer the Little Children", which exposed this place as one of the most polemic institutions in US history.Be sure to also see PM&PA's website, preservepennhurst.org for more information as well as their current preservation efforts. The preservation alliance consists of the most compassionate and dedicated humanitarians; modern day guardians who are raising awareness about the institution and its plight. Pennhurst deserves more respect than it currently gets from most who know about it, for it is Pennhurst that paved the way towards improved and regulated conditions in all medical institutions of this era.

Baskin great look at the issues surrounding State operated schools for individuals that were thought to not fit within our society. Mr. Pirmann has removed the "vail" that these institutions have hid behind these many years. Many dedicated people worked on behalf of others that sadly were neglected and underserved.
