Delicious and sweet, although I am not sure that using honey is all that great, and Stevia is known to keep the insulin up, but there is plenty here where there is nothing suspect on the ingredients list. Pics are great. It is very hard to find good sugar free recipes, particularly for deserts,. the banana and peanut butter smoothie is a total winner!
