I like that she talks about the problems with purchasing food from big agriculture companies. Personally didn't learn anything new. Also, it may be because I live in the US but some of her recommendations on where and how to purchase organic grass fed animal proteins don't seem to be an option (which is why I chose not to eat it). I think she's trying to spread good info, (especially on mineral & vitamin deficiency) but I was expecting it to be much more insightful.

I do wonder whether this way of eating is attainable for the majority of people though as I feel quite overwhelmed by the details of it all. Baby steps, I suppose!
