Kim This book presents mouthwatering paleo recipes carefully put together for bodybuilders, ensuring an all-paleo ingredients and high quality protein source for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The recipes are in a wide array of choices ranging from breakfast and egss, pancakes, omelettes, chicken and poultry, read meat and pork, fish and seafood, salads, homemade protein shakes and many more.Aside from the great recipes this book also provides excellent insights into the paleo diet as a great way to burn fat, build muscle and achieve an aesthetic physique every bodybuilder dreamed of.

I Love this book By Natalie Coleman Apart from being a body building paleo cookbook, it is Neat, Well written and well formatted which is the first thing i actually look for in a book as it makes it easily accessible.Don't know if its wrong to write about the book content but some of my favorite recipes in this book which i've actually tried are the caveman's chicken omelet, thangy orange and chicken thighs, salmon fritataI must commend the author for including the nutritional information on every recipe as that really helps a lot.

I wrote down several recipes which I would like to try at home. I liked Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes, Chicken with Homemade Chipotle Sauce, Paleo Chicken Mushroom Brawn Burger and Double Whammy. They were really new for me. I will certainly try these.
