By Glenn Säfwe I've been looking for some southern style cookbooks, then I found this one. Let me say I'm not a pro chef by any means, but this book made me cook like one. It is full of tasty recipes that are super easy, and easy by step by step approach, with good explanation, and easier execution. My family was surprised with my new home menu choices, and even more how delicious they were. I am so glad I found this book, and will purchase others like it.
