We don't understand that our body is constantly rebuilding and changing. And all body "bricks" are taking out of food. So our body consists of the things we eat. The diet is an extremely important thing. Some diseases are caused with lack or excess of substances that are present in our diet. Dash diet is a well-balanced combination of recipes that is recommended by lots of considerable organizations all over the world. It will help you not only to reduce weight. You will lower cholesterol and inflammation. The risk of heart disease and diabetes also will be reduced. This books contains not just some recipes. It is a real week plan that will help you to improve the health. I liked this book very much.

This book will go to my collection of cookbooks . The author has focused on importance of dash diet and then went on with the idea usage of slow cooker. Well I believe that most of the diet cookbooks work, only the individuals don't work that is why they can't see the change.
