About the Author Dr. Jennifer Nolan holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from UC Irvine's Department of Cognitive Science. Thank you By Kathleen Hernandez Finally, a delicious and enjoyable way of eating that has helped me lose weight! Once I hit my mid 40s I noticed that it was much harder to lose weight. At 56 I was beginning to wonder if It was impossible, then along came Dr. Jen's Dip Diet. I've now lost 23 lbs and it had been so easy! Thank you, thank you!!!

Readable and sensible By Tom S With elegant simplicity, Dr. Jen's Dip Diet explains how anyone can easily move from traditional "dieting" to sensible everyday eating. Written in a very readable style, she openly discusses her own weight issues - and the way she solved them became the foundation of this book. Dr. Jen offers more than just diet tips; she incorporates lifestyle changes as well. I'm recommending this fine book to my training clients.
