1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Goofy title, but very good information By Cayden McKowen This book has a goofy name. But it turned out to be packed with really useful information. I especially liked that it spelled out how I could make a meal plan of my own out of the foods I chose to eat. And it had good advice on which exercises I should do that will help me burn the most fat. That is exactly what I was looking for. I also liked that there are links to videos showing me exactly what to do.I gave this book 4 stars since I noticed a few oddities in the formatting. But other than that, this book is rock solid and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose fat quickly and keep it off.
