By Jack Pinion So after a bit of research on Google, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to pursue some kind of cardiovascular training. I've got arthritis so I need to ease my way into a good cardio routine and while I'd heard of HIIT before, I really didn't understand it but as I said, once I did some research on a good cardio routine to get into, I was led to HIIT which in turn led me to check out Amazon and see what they had. I should point out that I wanted a quick read and a book that contained no fluff -- just hardcore information to get me started. HIIT Training: Everything you wanted to know about HIIT, why it works and how to implement was just what the doctor ordered. I specifically liked the fact that HIIT allows me to ease my way into the training and then advance to a much more arduous workout once I can handle it. This book gets it done and you'll be on your way to getting fit right after you read it. 5 STARS!

By Roberto A well informed book which has explained everything I needed to know about High-Intensity Interval Training. Before I do not have any idea about it until I found and read this book. It has helpful step by step procedure on what to do with my daily exercise. I can't wait to try and follow everything that was written here. Also, a must share book.
