By Sabrina Walters They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and so what is the best way to enjoy your breakfast other than to have a healthy and easy to cook meal! As a frustrated cook and a food lover like me this cookbook contains a lot of healthy recipes that you can cook and eat with less worry that you might gain weight or something. I really love to eat however I hate it whenever I gained weight also I do not like veggies that much however with the recipes in this book I will assure you that you will have a different view on veggies (for those people who are not a veggie fan like me!).After reading the cookbook I am grateful that I purchased it as there are certain recipes that are easy to prepare. I will surely cook each and every recipe I have here in the cookbook!

It gives the reader the chance to think about the step they are about to take and if they really are ready to engage in this diet plan. I believe that all diets needs lots of commitment so that you can get the maximum benefit from it and this 30 day plan is not and exception. I do like this kind of diet because it allows for meat and eggs because this two are a staple in our pantry. I do however find that the cutting of dairy might be a bit of a problem but this is worth a try because it promotes a healthier food choices than those fast foods we now have around. My #1 recipe to try out would be the chocolate pudding. Who doesn't love chocolate!

Great cookbook, amazing 30-day meal plans By Anna Carlson The Whole 30 is really an amazing diet plan to lose excess weight and take up healthy eating habits that are sustainable. It cuts out all the unhealthy ingredients for 30 whole days with no cheat meals allowed. This cookbook goes through what the diet allows and does not allow to be consumed. Just to point some of them, no sugars, no junk/ processed food, no alcohol, no legumes and so on. To sum it up it cuts out the unhealthy carbs and sticks to healthy proteins.The book starts with breakfast recipes, with clear and simple instructions and goes through lunch, dinner and dessert recipes. I hope to take it seriously and give my body a chance for a healthy and long life.
