By Nanette I know the author of this cookbook and have been looking forward to the publication of this book and have been anxiously awaiting the chance to see it and hopefully to purchase it...I was NOT disappointed when it was finally published and I was able to get a copy, actually I purchased six copies, some for my grown children, one for myself, and a couple to use as drawing prizes for my upcoming family reunion. The pictures in the cookbook are very good and help explain the process of making different recipes. I know that Jean and her family tested each one of these recipes and a lot of care and knowledge went into the whole cookbook. Thank-you Jean for this great work of art...I am anxiously awaiting Volume II..!!
