However, I knew that begin making any type of changes I had to start with me. I wanted a way to be able to look back on this year at the same time next year so I could see where I was verses where I am. This book is whimsical and reflective.

It is beautifully simple in it's design, the questions and prompts range from light hearted to quite introspective, and the layout of this book is in nice little sections so that you don't feel guilty doing only a little at a time. Some journals ask a question and leave you an entire page to write your thoughts. Oftentimes, an entire page is not needed for a response. This journal is enough to get you thinking. It is perfect.
