It's very well written, easy to understand and simple to prepare, with good directions and great images. I am so glad that this book is in my library. Piccata with chunky chicken or chicken with honey gaze sounds amazing and so delicious and my favorite dessert is truffles with chocolate, coconut and coffee, and i suggest to try that. Highly recommend!

Her recipes are so unexpectedly tasty even the most discriminating palettes will find them delicious.Emily takes an artistic as well as a nutritional look at what we eat. Her writing is engaging and fluid. In her introduction she informs the uninformed regarding Paleo Diet: ‘A Paleo diet is the abbreviated form of Paleolithic diet. Yes, you got it right. It belongs to the food from the Stone Age. It is also known as the Stone Age diet or the Caveman Diet. Do you remember the Flintstones? Fred used to slog in the jungles the whole day to take care of his family. But, you do not have to ride a stone-and-wood car to fetch food from the grocery store. What do we have online shopping for? Sounds easy right? It is actually not very difficult to change your diet plan. To explain it in the simplest of terms, the Paleo diet plan consists of only those foods which were available to our ancient ancestors such as berries, nuts and meat. It does not include foods that they were not yet familiar with, like dairy products. The period ended about 10,000 years ago with the advent of farming. But, our ancestors have given us some very valuable food lessons that we can follow for a healthy life. You do not have to go back to that age and use bone tools, stone and flint. If anyone is looking to go in to the paleo diet then this is a great book to get started. It shows practical tips and strategies to get started on a paleo diet and also its packed with delicious recipes to enjoy. This author does a good job of laying out in a 20 enticing recipes to keep you on track. The paleo diet is a great way to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle and the this book is a great way to get started.
