About the Author A black belt in Karate, ring-tested kickboxer who also holds a university degree in Psychology, I have to admit I know a thing or two about kicking butt and imposing my will on my foes. This book allows you to become a real-life superman (or superwoman!). Eating real wholesome food, following a back to basics training methodology and getting you as strong as could possibly be. Definitely a guide rather than just a book, it is something you will want to put into practice.It is refreshing and an interesting read, with good humour. But serious enough to enable you to get great results - it sits well with another book I often refer to Paleo Fitness - A Primal Training and Nutrition Program to Get Lean, Strong and Healthy. I am looking forward to getting the other volumes in this series. Markus means business!!!

Impressive guide to transforming your body the best way possible By mavaldellon I'm impressed - the content of this book goes far beyond any other exercise regimen and fitness training book that I've encountered yet. This is one of those books that's easy to pass by if one looks at the cover - yes, another training guide with big claims to be the best yet - but if you go in and even read through the first page, the reader is treated to something different. Kassel goes into the science of why some things work and why others don't, in terms of diet, nutrition, and exercise routines. He also adds a lot of personal stories, which adds depth to a lot of the philosophies given in this book. And yes, you are, in the end of the book, given a guide on how to transform your body in just 100 days. Though this book definitely targets the guys, I feel I can implement many of the ideas for myself. Now, to convince the boyfriend to try this out with me...
