About the Author "A bookworm with a passion for helping people!" Hi, I'm Emily MacLeod. I grew up in the suburbs near Vancouver BC. Growing up I was very shy, quiet, and kept to myself. My most favorite hobby was reading. I would often be sitting in the hallway during lunch hour reading a book by my locker while the other children were playing, socializing, and horsing around. However, many of us are having a hard time in maintaining a very healthy life. Thus, here is a good book for us, waiting to be unfold. By reading this, it can inspire and encourage us that staying fit and healthy is never that hard. Plus, yummy healthy recipes are also included.

Want to get healthy,, read this book then By Shem We cannot deny the fact that today's foods are not that healthy to eat, what I mean is that there are ingredient or preservatives included that may harm and bring risk to our body. That is why is is important to know what are the right food and nutrients that fits for us. Over eating will eventually makes us overweight and so this book should be read to be aware of the right amount of food intake in order to maintain its healthy body.I find this book very interesting and helpful, recipes included were great and easy to prepare, the concept is to let us readers know a well-balance diet and so we can avoid some illness like diabetes, hypertension and others. Great one..
