In this great publication I found pleny information about gluten and what are the benefits for your body by changing to a gluten free lifestyle, including weight loss lower blood pressure and colesterol, reduced cancer risk, etc.Also, I found a chapter where you can learn about gluten free snacks, restaurants and recipes. All of the recipes have easy to follow step by step instructions that will help you in no time to enjoy gluten free delicious dishes. I really like this publication and I recommend it for all the people who wants to enjoy a gluten free lifestyle!

This diet helps to lose weight and improve the health. Reducing the amount of gluten in the diet or even a complete rejection of it will help to prevent cancer, reduce high blood pressure, and normalize cholesterol. Although I think that healthy people completely abandoning the the gluten products is not necessary. Perhaps we should slightly reduce the amount of food, or occasionally give up for a few months to clean the body. I think it would be a good way to prolong life and improve its quality.

By Alejandro the book is full of information about gluten free recipes, the benefits of gluten free diets and what hard can gluten do to your body. I found the book very useful and many new things i came to know from this book which i could never know. I liked the recipes described in the book. Especially i liked the information which the author has given about the restaurants at nationwide which provide the gluten free food. That was very informative. Thanks Mary Peters for giving such an awesome peace of knowledgeable book.
