In this book, you will have to learn Yoga poses. This will provide you a clear and concise list of instruction which are very easy to follow. I like the photos in this book because it is HD. Very informative and well written book. You will not have any hard time reading and applying it because every question you have, this book will absolutely can answer everything. I am so impressed!

Or perhaps you’ve never done yoga at all and you want to start with the basics. This book is a great starting place. It can serve as a stand alone training to improve your health or it can launch you into a whole new level of vitality. The book is well written, the poses are properly explained and it offers detailed checks to make sure that your yoga is practiced properly.

I have been doing some before like the Hero Pose, Chair Pose and the Plank. But with this book, I have discovered a lot! I am trying out the poses for Weight Loss actually and I am loving them! This is a perfect book for anybody who would want to know great poses. This will not disappoint you. I swear!
