By Claudia When it comes to losing weight, most of it boils down to the simple equation of calories eaten - calories burned through base metabolism and exercise = weight lost or gained. Changing your hormone levels works on the base metabolism side of the equation, and works best when combined with a strict restriction on food eaten I find this book very helpful as all the recipes are segregated into the different meal every day. Recipe books are not this organized as you have to figure out yourself where some of the recipes can be cooked for dinner, lunch or breakfast. Each yummy recipe provides concise background and clear instructions. I also noticed that the ingredients included in each recipe are not hard to find and cheap! This makes me want to try them all more! The Hormone Reset Diet has a lot of benefits which makes me want to indulge myself in this huge variety of delicious food! Read this book and someday soon, you too could be singing the "I feel awesome and my jeans are too big on me" non-blues!

I'm a person who likes to see results in a short amount of time. I got hooked by the cover which stated that I can actually lose weight just within a week. I feel like I've gained some weight recently and it's not really a nice feeling. I also want to become more comfortable with my body, that's why I decided to search for some weight loss books until I found this. It's contents are not just to let you lose weight but also to keep your health in check. This is a complete package. I like how the methods and diet contained here is so beneficial for a person's overall wellness. I highly recommend this to everyone in order to stay fit and healthy.

By Douglas Jordan I've been seeing a lot of articles online about the benefits of Hormone Reset Diet so I decided to buy this book. Weight Loss Hormone Reset Diet by Matthew Foleman did not disappoint me. Everything that I need to learn about this awesome diet was discussed here such as advantages and disadvantages, its basics and meaning, what to avoid and foods to consume. I liked how Foleman explain things here. Its very simple so I easily understand every tips, step-by-step procedures and techniques here. I've been on Paleo diet for a month now but I'm not happy with the results. Hopefully this diet can help me achieve losing weight.
