Gray As a stay at home dad with 3 school age kids, I can admit that my disarray can be quite overwhelming. Over the years I’ve done a decent job with keeping things structured but there was a noticeable decline as more tasks were piled on. I purchased this guide in the hopes that it could assist me in getting my life back in order. Now that I’ve consumed the information I can wholly attest that it has made a huge impact in my daily life and routine. After following these guidelines for just the past few days I’m already much more structured, energetic, and able to get all of my tasks accomplished. That says a lot really, given that I never wanted to admit that I needed assistance. From maximizing productivity and a step-by-step routine all the way to a high energy diet and the five principles for success, this book possesses all the elements necessary in order to bring anyone’s life back into order. Also, I love the Blueberry Chia Blast energy smoothie; it’s made a noticeable impact on my energy levels without all the chemicals that I averse to. All-in-all, by utilizing this manual, I am getting more efficient as the days progress, while rarely feeling that lethargic demand for procrastination.In summary, if anyone is looking for a superb book on productivity and goal achievement, you can’t do any better than this one. I’ve no doubt it will be a reference in my personal library for a long time to come.

A must read book that delivers exactly what it promises By michael naylor I bought Maximize your day as it was recommended by a friend who like me works from home most of the time and he said it helped him a lot. upon reading it I can certainly see why he recommended it. This book is packed with tips and proven methods to increase productivity and make the most of your time. I am a world leader in procrastination however since implementing some of the methods int his book like the morning routine I have found that I actually have more free time and instead of finding thinks to distract me from work my work is done and I can enjoy my time more.Overall this is an excellent book that provides a step by step method to improving your routine and your time management overall. Most importantly it works. I also really liked the fact that the book also explains about diet and which foods can give you energy. As someone who drinks a lot of energy drinks this section was very beneficial to me and I have pretty much stopped drinking them altogether and replaced them with healthier alternatives from this book.

Mr. Sherman breaks down all aspects of life on a daily basis--from work, to diet, to when to answer your emails. After reading this book I immediately made my daughter, who just graduated from college, read it because it will teach her about how to control her life now that she is no longer under my wing!I would recommend this book to people in all walks of life from those entering the work force to those whose life is overstressed due to work. This book can CHANGE and IMPROVE your life!
