Ice Cream is one of our favourite desserts, why not giving a try to prepare it at home, healthier option and with all possible flavours and toppings. I love the way the author gives the ideas about ice cream and its preparation at home. There are many lovely recipes from simple to special ones,which can be one of the favourites of any occasion. Great offer for a sweet tooth, we love it and enjoying new cool treats.

I found this book to be filled with many creative ideas to transform simple ice cream into several interesting ways. The tips to choose the right ice cream, toppings and mixers for creative sundaes were very nice. The presentation and storage of leftovers ideas are good. I enjoyed reading the book and liked the authors creativity.
