By Sollie Nicholas A must-read for those who would like to get away from their food addiction! It's actually a 2-book set which includes battling food addiction and clean eating guide. The first part listed steps in overcoming food addiction to attain a healthier body. One of them is finding a support group so you could meet people who had or experiencing the same condition but are ready to get away from this addiction. The book features the group Food Addicts Anonymous, an organization that helps food addicts to achieve abstinence. But those who are seriously facing healthcare needs should look for specialists.For the second part of this book which is the clean eating guide, this book has this 8-day plan to rejuvenate one's health. To do this, it's important to reflect first your current eating habits. This part really had me for I'm fond of eating frozen meals/processed foods. But the right thing to do is that we should always be eating fresh - fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, fresh fruit smoothies, etc.HIghly-recommended!
