There are many tips offered inside on how to understand nutritional fact labels, which was extremely helpful for me. Also, there are many different types of food listed inside, explaining all of the benefits that come with each one. I had no idea how good almonds, avocados, cilantro, and cabbage are for us. There are even tips listed inside on how to avoid weight gain while on vacation, which I really needed help with that one! This book is one of the best weight loss success books I have come across. I highly recommend this book!

The book has list of foods we should eat and why we should eat it and its nutritional values.Grab the book and use the information to lose weight.

You can be assured that what you have read is up to date and critically evaluated and studied which is why I found this book scientific. I've learned so much nutritional information in this book that I haven't notice before especially the details about nutritional labels on food. The 10 foods listed here are really super food and I am glad that most of the enumerated food are very common in the locality. I could already start living a healthier life now.
