Cooking is one of my favorite hobbies. I love to "play" with my food and try different ways to revamp a recipe. These are my own original recipes that have been tested and tried. You'll not find them any other place. These recipes are a result of cooking for a friend who is gluten and sugar intolerant. She loved them so much she urged me to write the recipes down and share them with others. We tested and tasted many combinations to discover which ones were the best. Sometimes I'd cook something and when she tasted it she'd say to me, "Rebecca, write this down. You have to put this in your recipe book for others to enjoy!" So here the recipes are for you to savor. Make up some of these delicious recipes for yourself. Share them with your family or a friend. Take them to a potluck. You don't have to be gluten-free to enjoy them and your gluten free friends will love you for your consideration. Let's get started!
