It was laid out well with important concepts repeated throughout the book so that the points stick. The author gave good examples to illustrate her points and gave recommendations for tools to help you on your weight loss journey.

You are the only one who has to live in your body, so make it what you want. Remember, you can do it if you just KEEP GOING!"This was one of my favorite quotes from the book. After reading it, I felt encouraged, motivated and equipped in a very practical, useful way to move forward with my own lifestyle change, which I have been contemplating recently. The timing of this book was perfect! I appreciate that the information is sound and scientifically proven but, also, very easy to digest (pun intended). The author doesn't overwhelm you with a textbook full of formulas or nonsensical explanations that make your eyes tired and mind numb from reading and re-reading the same paragraph over and over in a fruitless attempt to comprehend the information. I found it to be very well written and loved how Tiffany McCoy candidly allowed us access into her very real struggle, then methodically explained how to walk out of a state of poor health into a victorious healthy lifestyle--while pointing out that you may stumble along the way, which is so true--that can be maintained even with the challenges of life as we know it. By the way, I absolutely love the cover photo that downloaded to my Kindle--contagious energy and joy jumping off the screen!

The author of this book is among those women that have struggled with extra pounds almost all their lives, up the point when they have said "STOP" and started to do something about it. Reading Tiffany McCoy's life story but also the steps that she followed that helped her gain the weight she has today was an interesting and motivating activity. She is open and honest and doesn't make this effort less hard than it is, but she does prove it is possible. A highly motivational book for anyone struggling with the extra pounds.
