The author did a great job filling this book with a lot of great information. There's great steps, procedures, yummy recipes and a lot more. Just don't have enough time to tell, plus I'll let you see for yourself. This book was planned very well and has lots of quality inside to learn from. Overall great book, would recommend this!

The book is carefully written to leave nothing out when it comes to burning body fat and having a really toned body and better health. In the book you will find a nice combination of fruits, vegetables and of course exercise that complement each other in your journey to a better health.The best part of the book for me is the recipes. Here, there is no guess work, the recipe is laid out for you and all you need do is follow the instructions and in no time you will be able to wipe up a nice dinner, breakfast or launch for yourself. This will help you maintain your metabolism and make your body function optimally.

By Charles Drewek I've been searching lately for ways that I can improve my diet and I came across this book. Very detailed! It will give you a full plan for the entire 14 days with ingredients and cooking directions for every single meal. However before committing to this plan I would want to know what kind of results I could expect from following the plan. Additionally I would want to know where to go after the 14 day plan is over. I would recommend this book if you have no eating habits established and need a kickstart to being healthier. You'll have everything laid out for two weeks but you'll have to search elsewhere after that in your quest for a healthier diet.
