I found this book of Natalee Pena and gave it to her immediately. She tried some dish from it and we both liked it. Though we're not really having some diet practice, she just want to try those vegan dish she's hearing about. And I bet, we'll be having vegan dish for quite awhile :)

This simple guide is by far one of the best quick start guides I have seen. Vegan is becoming more and more popular and yet like me I didn't know where to start. This book helped tremendously. If you go on vegan-ism, not only you help your body to get healthy but you also help save animals. The recipes are simple, time saver, and easy to make.
