I bought the book to do more with my spiralizer than just zoodles and sauce and other things I can think up myself. These recipes are interesting, healthful, and have given me lots of new ideas. I love that it has nutrition information for all recipes, and the pictures are gorgeous too!

Easy recipes, clear instructions, and beautiful photography make this book a keeper in my kitchen. It is also fun to cook from and there is lots of room for experimentation. I looked at several other spiralizer titles before I settled on this one. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

By GS I bought a spiralizer a while back to make my salads more interesting, but after a couple of weeks of zucchini and spaghetti noodles, it lost its appeal and ended up at the back of my kitchen cupboard. Then I discovered this book by Stephanie Jeffs and it totally blew my mind! After reading through some of the recipes I couldn't get that spiralizer out of the cupboard fast enough! Now my vegan meals are truly awesome and I have this book to thank for it! Even confirmed meat-eaters are bowled over by these recipes. There's also a section on which spiralizer to buy, which is invaluable given the mixed reviews on a lot of websites. So my advice, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat-eater, is "give it a try"! You'll be amazed at the results. In fact, I was so inspired by Stephanie's whole approach to food that I went on one of her raw vegan bootcamps, not only to get fitter, but also so I could experience her culinary delights for myself! I was not disappointed - and neither will you be. So why not start with the book and see where it takes you!
