By Shawn H Rather than wade through the entire Lydiard training method, a runner or coach can easily learn the basics in this short book. Once you know and implement these basics into your training schedule, you'll be on your way to becoming a much better runner. You'll still want some further guidance regarding specific interval training, but most of the essentials are right here.
