This book helps in polishing your brain.The book begins with dissection of the brain. It shows the different parts of the brain such as frontal lobes, occipital lobes, parietal lobes and temporal lobes. It shows what is the function of each part. then it turns to the most important part which is the mind. it has trains and exercises for the mind. The book also discusses the mental nutrition. It shows how healthy food can affect your brain. the book also contains some memory hacks. this tips will help you remember more and more. i enjoyed reading this book. it is easy and simple and contain a lot of useful information.

It's like everything just comes and goes. I find the brain exercises on chapter 2 really helpful and effective. I highly recommend this book because it's easy and simple to follow especially it's effective.
