By Shannon Andrews I've read some line of books from Sarah Thompson and her subjects are mostly intriguing and this time she's into crystals and how it can affect our lives. She introduced me that crystals can also be applicable in health problems like headaches, stress etc,. with our time and age today it seems unusual that these kinds of healing properties do exist today. Little do I know about these stones and after the read I learned that like any electrical appliances or gadgets it needs recharging for it to be used further. This book elaborately discussed how a simple stone can aid in healing with its metaphysical capabilities and how it is related to chakras. I even learned that crystals chose you and not the other way around, also there are certain crystal appropriate or suitable for a certain illness which was tackled on this publication as well. Crystals usage is indeed amazing though its potential or guarantee has not been established still nothing can go wrong or amissed if you used crystals or believe in such. This is a short yet informative book and if you are into unusual objects or extraordinary things this is certainly for you.

Seems like icons to strength my meditation By Workaholic Renee I approached this book with much skepticism wondering if crystal healing really does work and the Wikipedia article about crystal healing made me even more critical. But I had to try it. I needed to see if this stuff really works. So I looked around and found these golden-amber crystals which gave me the opportunity to see if they really improve my focus and boost my energy. Followed the guides and noticed that they do help I guess? I don't know if it is my meditating and my deeper will to "force" these crystals to work but I did feel a bit fresher. My conclusion is that these crystals trick your body to concentrating more and perhaps doing meditation techniques correctly. Did not have the chance to try the ones that cure headaches though, that would be pretty spectacular if they really work.

Sarah Thompson explained well on how to practice this healing power so we could benefit from it in a natural way. She shared lots of tips and techniques for treating different illnesses like stress, migraine, anxiety, headaches and many others. Totally, a very interesting book, I’m excited to buy these kinds of crystals as a gift for my nieces and nephews during their special occasions. I’ve learned that can be used at home to put it at the door, or underneath the doormat or at the right place this book suggest to remove the atmosphere of negativity. I am not quite sure how true it is, but because of these written proofs, there’s no harm in trying anyway.
