I can only speculate that it was friends and family that wrote the raving reviews. I struggled to give 1 star. In fact, I struggle to give it -1 star. The book could have been a 2 star read if the author developed the characters and and not let Shanay Nay and Key Lo Lo take over. They were just not believable.

It kept me intrigued as the plot thickened, the main character Tawny is a force to be reckoned with, she's no joke. I've loved every book this Author has written and can't wait to read her next masterpiece. I give this book 2 thumbs up and would highly recommend it to everyone.....Another great job K.A. Electric pressure cooker gives us chance to cook healthy, delicious meals in no time at all. There are many benefits from prressure cooking like cutting the cooking time in half, all the ingredients remain inside..The mani advantage is that it saves cooking time from start to finish.There are useful tips for safety, that one has to keep in mind, advices on maintence and cleaning are useful, too. Recipes include tomato chile pork chops, cherry sauced pork chops, meatball stew, braised pork..All recipes include ingredients and instructions to be prepared. Nice and useful, at least for me.

This book gives history and explains pressure cooking. I really like the recipes...they are simple and with the new knowledge of pressure cooking, I can now go out on my own and create my own pork recipes. I've been cooking up a storm in my pressure cooker that had been on my shelf for over a year and wasn't being used. So thank you for getting me going!

About the Author Gatha Robinson, a native of Waterloo, Iowa, has lived in Hope, Arkansas, Detroit, Michigan and St. Louis, Missouri before eventually settling back in the quiet town of Waterloo where she has lived most of her life. Gatha has always loved being able to escape into a world created by her music and prose ever since she was a child. She has released two R&B CD's to date and is currently working on a third as she is passionate about singing and performing and is never far from the recording studio. I love that fact that this book touched on some serious real life situations, such as molestation, incest, rape, adultery and murder. So there is four best friends that thought they shared a tight bond, well after one of them commet suicide, the remaining three decides to reveal the secrets that they been holding inside. What happens next is so explosive that you will be surprised. Can these women handle the secrets ? Will their bond be broken ? Read this 5 star book too see what happens whe anger and rage comes into play.

Ever heard the expression 'Never let your right hand know what your left hand is doing'? This definitely applies to this story. The pain that these women experienced early in life just gave way to the havoc that wreaked later. These women needed to learn forgiveness and how to elves themselves. They didn't know the true meaning of friend. Their past paved the way for lies and betrayals. I can't wait for Part 2!!

Then things went for mourning to betrayal as secrets and sins are exposed. I don't see how some of these secrets have been kept as long as they have. Out of all the friends horrible secrets I would say Sasha really had me the most pissed! I tell you that chick really didn't know the meaning of being a friend. The consequences of each secret was worst than the actual secret. Very enjoyable read!

By cc2015 This book really goes in depth on explaining high blood pressure, what causes it, what it can lead to, etc. As mentioned in the introduction, many drugs that are designed to treat hypertension only treat the symptoms, not the source. With this book, I learned a lot about long term treatments of high blood pressure (the DASH diet plan, lifestyle changes, and herbal supplements to lower blood pressure) and why they work. Overall, this was a very informative book and I learned a lot from it!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Glad someone wrote a book about it By Ron M. Nice someone wrote a book on sexuality for therapists. As a therapist I deal with the subject a lot and didn't find much new, but would be a good read for new therapists. State boards can invoke a fear of delving into sexuality yet its often a core issue for many clients.

Learn how to influence others now By Kevin Hume I find the study of human behavior very interesting and as I read this book, it taught me how I can analyze people to better influence them. To start off, we must first observe their actions and behaviors. This is very necessary to build a strong connection. Body languages such as giving someone a smile is what I love best. It is definitely the best way to connect to someone for me.Of course, communication is also very important since it plays a vital role in influencing others. I agree with the author that building trust is not easy but once already established with the person, communication will become more effective. I also liked that he is always using a very simple scenario in conveying his message. The terms used were easy to understand and very helpful. This would be a nice introduction in Psychology.

I'm already familiar with the different techniques and ways to confidently persuade individuals but this book definitely increased my awareness, exposing me to so many things that were new to me. the content on analyzing people was brilliant, as well as influencing others through communication. this book was truly well written. i recommend this book to business and sales persons.
