But this book proved me wrong! This has proven that it is not an intimidating process. It has promised a lot of good and healthy things: fermenting veggies made easy!After trying the process, I've learned that it can be an enjoyable, fulfilling, and rewarding activity. Imagine, my family can eat something that I know will be safe, clean, and healthy because I made them myself. I also appreciate the topics discussed here, especially the recipes! And there are tons of them! This is indeed a very information-packed useful and handy book!

0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. This book is a sham. Don't buy it. By Vince Pitelka This book is a complete sham, and contains almost none of the content it promises on the cover. I received it as a Christmas Present and was very disappointed. The only information about fermentation in the book is stuff everyone already knows, and most of the recipes have nothing to do with fermentation and seem randomly selected. It is a flaw in the amazon system that a book like this is even offered for sale. Isn't anyone checking the authenticity of items before they are put up for sale on amazon?
