A MUST read for anyone with SIBO By Kelly Bejelly If you are looking for a comprehensive guide to SIBO and I mean, you learn everything from what causes it, how to treat it and on top of that you get a great bunch of recipes, this book is the REAL DEAL. Sylvie has a great way of explaining something that seems super complicated in easy to understand terms and best of all, she has lived through it, so she's got real life experience backing it all up.

The recommendation are based on the authors own experience and not on clinical studies etc. Book does contain a few good recipes as well as a decent SIBO foodist.The "Gut Health Protocol by John G. Herron is much more comprehensive and based on research as well as own experience. I recommend that book to everybody who needs to take care if their SIBO problem.
