There was street talk but it was minimal and I loved it!!! It shows that urban fiction can still be interesting and full of drama without all the drugs guns kidnappings and murdering!!! I loved this story and I'm anticipating part 2!!!! Biggs and Dre need to be by themselves!! I'm mad it took Faye do long to realize her worth though! And I wanna beat Destiny Jaz and Tanya lol!!!! Come on with part 2!!!!

I know this couldn't be love but ppl love in many ways, I like how the moms try be superwoman n not let what Biggs does affect the kids. I ain't feelin biggs, den u got father like son. I felt sorry for kia. Destiny is sumthin else but if u ain't goin thru it u can't really have a say cuz ppl deal wit hurt Diff ways. I really want her n Zell to get it together.

From the beginning this book grabs you and you have to keep reading. I loved all the characters, especially Denzell. Even though, he sold dope, he was so respectful, Andre needed his ass kicked and Denzell gave it to him. I loved Granny, she was so straight forward. Biggs got on my nerves, having three kids outside his marriage.
