By Michael Martin I read Mr. Beck's book about a year and a half ago because after many years of drinking I felt that I had crossed a very dangerous line. What I loved about the book is that it was written from personal experience. As I read it I felt that it was written about me. I had many of the same experiences. I wasn't succesful on my first few attempts but I would go back and read Alcohol Lied to me and it started to make more and more sense to me. Contained in this book are so many truths that opened my eyes. I can't say enough great things about it. Today it's been one year for me and this book has changed my life in profound ways. I recently had my 54th birthday and I'm in the best shape of my life. As a result of not drinking I've lost 10 Kg and have gone from a 36 to a 32 waist. I'm also the healthiest I've been in many decades. On top of that people often tell me that I look 10 years younger than my current age. I can go on and on but the gist of what I'm saying is BUY THIS BOOK, BUY IT TODAY!

When I came upon Alcohol Lied to Me, a little over a year ago, I was drinking a bottle of wine a day. After reading Craig Beck's book and listening to the audio book, I began the 21 day program to quit drinking. OMG, success! Craig helped me to change the way I was looking at alcohol that empowered me to quit drinking for good. I don't ever want to go back to my old lifestyle and I have Craig Beck's products to help me create the person I truly want to be!
