All purpose flour, pancake/waffle mix, sugar, powdered sugar, syrup, brown sugar, bread, M&M's. Does Not follow his protocols or teach his very important combination of ingredients from his "Wheat Belly" books. We can get these recipes from anywhere - Waste of $$.
