We always seem to hear about heart health but our liver is just as vital as our heart. But not much information is out there in order to help our liver function properly. I personally learned so much from this eBook. It is so informatively detailed without being overwhelming. It is like reading a medical book for the average person and Sarah Crimson does it well. I never realized that the liver is the largest internal organ and all its functions. I was totally surprised to learn what can overload your liver such as medicines, caffeine, sugar and processed foods. But I was equally amazed at what that overload can lead to; such as poor sleep, headaches, sinus problems, and even heartburn. Excellent is her detailed info on the foods we should avoid and the foods that will support our liver functions. I loved her chapter on what veggies and supplements to incorporate into your lifestyle. But the liver flush is amazing! Sarah Crimson teaches us to use simple and easy-to-find ingredients and in five days you too can jump start your liver to function properly again with even some other surprise benefits. The great thing is you won’t feel like you are starving to death while detoxing!

By Maurice Williams This is a great book,. the material in this book gives a great deal of information you can always have right there with you when you need it. The foods of this book remind of a tip I received once from my health and wellness coach. Colors are good when it comes to eating healthy foods. The liver is on of the most important organs in the body. This book will give you the information you need to do the things you need to take care of your liver. We all have a high number of toxic material we take in our body on a regular basis and the liver is what helps get rid of the toxic matter so its very important to do what we have to do to take care of our liver. This book gives the information we need to Detox our liver sometime in order to keep it strong. Natural foods is something I'm big on eating. I juice them a lot as well as steam or just eat them in their nature state. This book touches on that as well. Great book and I will be keeping it on hand for a long time to come.

Great information By jessicadavis0101 I always thought that Detox meant shakes filled with all kinds of substances that seemed to appear very unappealing. Many people like to detox their bodies from time to time so that they can feel better and have more energy. The process of detox is very beneficial to the body and beneficial. I purchased this book with the hopes that I could find some information that help me in the process of detoxing. I learned that this process does not have to be unappealing and in fact can be just the opposite. The information that is contained in this book wonderful and contains valuable information.
