By Maria In Mass I like the book, BUT I noticed something a little fishy about this e-book and several others I've bought recently.1) All the books have to do with losing weight.2) When you click on the author's name under the title, there is no author page. No info about the author is provided.3) All the books are copyrighted @Talent Writers, inc.4) All the books have a link to a website by the name InSlim.comSo now I'm wondering, did REAL people write these ebooks? Are these books just a gimmick to people to come to the new website inslim.com?Is anybody else wondering the same thing? I'd like to hear some feedback from some people and the authors. I am feeling this might be just a gimmick preying on people who want to lose weight to get new subscribers to their website. Am I wrong???Thanks!prayrosary4life@gmail.comMaria In Mass

8 of 8 people found the following review helpful. Help for non-morning people By Michelle This book was not just perfect for me, and for my kids too. We are SO not morning people. This is awesome because it is true tHat you have to make the extra effort to create the habit and just do it. One of the most healthy habits to do in the morning is a full stretching session for arms, legs, torso, etc. It is super important to stretch and I always took it for granted. I agree in that a good breakfasts sets you up for the rest of the day, and that there are specific things to eat and drink to get you going. This is true because one of the worst habits my son had was to stop at the nearest coffee shop every morning before driving to school, and he would order these massive frappuchinos--- and that was breakfast. By 11 am he would be texting me saying how much his head hurt, or that he felt dizzy--all of this contributes to a bad day, literally, and will make you waste more time. In this book Benson suggests a specific warm water potion for detox which I also find to be a great way to re-hydrate after 8 hours of sleep. Hydration is key to everything, and this is one of the habits that the book promotes as well. Fantastic read. I am going to continue with the habits and hopefully lose some weight too!

Make your Mornings Better By Devon Having your own personal morning routine is essential to how your day will go and what your mental capacity will be like for the rest of your day. Natalie (the author) has broken down easy ways to add morning habits that can actually help you slim down, not to mention make your days better and stop draining your mental energy. My favorite habit is actually one that I have been doing for years, eating breakfast. That may sound silly, but on days that I don't eat a good breakfast, drink water, and take my vitamins I feel a lot worse and I tend to not eat well or even exercise later in the day.These habits are so easy to develop that I can honestly see this being incorporated into many more mornings than just mine.
