Clearly cut and paste from various sources and sometimes at odds with each other. Recipes had such listings as "bowl each of fresh rosemary and chives". A tablespoon of these would have been excessive and bowl is not a measure!

You are not on a diet just looking to eat healthier, and in the process feel better.Follows the most recent theory of eating cleaner, greener, sugar free food. Very sound advice and a great lifestyle choice to prevent the onset of food related diseases like diabetes before it is too late.Very helpful suggestions and recipe/menu ideas and inspiration

What foods are healthy, which are not. Etc.There are also many recipes in here. The cheesy bagels were pretty darn good.I think this book would be a good purchase for those people who would like to shed a few pounds and learn how to do it in a healthy way.
