This is just what I've been looking for By Makenzie Holmes I have been a progressive calisthenics trainer for 2 years and competed in many bodybuilding contests.I got this book to learn a few high-level moves, like the back and front lever.The book has easy to advanced levels of exercises which make it worth buying.This is a great read overall.

I've been reading it over and over again and it teaches some new things each time.I'm basically a trainer and I try my best to purchase and read as much books on body weight as possible.This is one of the great books I've read so far.

There is a variety of exercises which you can try everyday. The book is well-wrtten, very helpful content. I specially loved the tips as I'm only a beginner. Great book over all!
