I don't even think most are low carb. It was free but you will not get helpful or correct info here. Skip it. Keto diets do not recommend low fat dairy, leaving out egg yolks, organic flour or any non nut flour, or over use of almond milk and fruit portions that are too large. These recipes are way too high carb to lose weight or control blood sugar with.

I was holding on for while cause I couldn't find the best recipes that suits my palate. The recipes here are easy to prepare and tasty. This box set is very informative when it comes to fatty liver condition, symptoms and the diet to be followed.
