Don't skip the helpful tips at the beginning, including a short but useful equipment selection guide.I was surprised to see the book includes recipes not only for gluten-free cupcakes, but also for some gluten-free flour mixes. These might be very useful for everyone who wants to bake gluten-free. Also, the Cappuccino cupcakes look amazing (I haven't got to making them yet).Very nice find overall.

By Amazon Customer Finally a real desserts book for people with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance!I have only tried the neutral and milk-powder flour mixes (with chocolate and chocolate-banana recipes) so far, and both of them were amazingly easy to make and tasted even better!The book offers a huge variation by combinations of flours with different recipes, and these flours can be used with other muffins and cupcakes recipes too!Highly recommended!
