This was an excellent explanation on the origins of pain and how to deal with it. Pain is, primarily, in our head (brain). Pain is usually a warning that some part is overworked or we need to pay attention to that area. Thanks for the perspective. I'm going to share this book with family members who are suffering from back and other pains.
