This is a great book with practical advice on heart health, Very well written and easy to follow the 20 healthy lifestyle outlines. People were surprised I was reading a book about heart disease because I eat well and am physically fit, but I want to PREVENT disease, not wait until it's too late and then panic about what to do. This book is a must, we don't have to die from heart diseases, tell you friends and families to purchase this book. The life you save might be your own. Worth every penny!

From practical tips on good recipes, to how to interact with the doctor not as a victim, but as a survivor, I think it can be immensely useful. Cardiac Champs has a heart. It doesn't trivialize, but it does make you smile while providing tips and motivation to deal with the serious challenges of healthy living for all of us. I'm encouraging all my patients to have a copy and to understand it to the best of their ability. Some of the book is technical and may be hard to grasp, but that is where the partnership with a motivated doctor will come in. With this plan, you can beat heart attack and stroke out of your future.

That's exactly what you'll find if you decide to read this book - short, straight to the point explanations of what you need to do in order to PREVENT heart difficulties. Someone wiser than me told that "...good habits are hard to acquire, but they make our life better, while the bad habits are easy to adopt, and make our lives worse". This book will show you how to adopt the good ones!
