The suggested shopping list of foods to stock up on is very helpful and the recipes included are varied, tasty and easy to follow.

By Roberto Knowledge and discipline are the two things that we should have if we are going to change our diet into a healthy one. We all know that it is not easy to change what we are used to eat so we really need motivation. When I found this book I wasn't that excited to read it, but then I tried reading it and surprisingly I finished it up to the last page. I have gained and learned a lot from this book about losing weight and the right diet that is appropriate for me. There are also helpful recipes to try which I think are great. I cannot wait to try everything that I have learned from this book.
