1 of 1 people found the following review helpful. Lazy or Busy, this is for you By Devon So I am a mix of Lazy and a busy nanny who doesn't have time for normal exercises. I have severe gym anxiety and Jannelle really opens up about her personal work out identity. These exercises were so fun and didn't make me feel out of shape or lazt. Some of them require a lot of effort and some of them hardly require any. That is what is just so beautiful about this book, it is filled with exercises for different people at different levels. I can start with this and possibly use it to get over my gym anxiety. All I needed in my life was a small about of exercise and this book gave me that and allowed me to do it at my own pace.

The author has so many creative ways to get your daily exercise in your everyday routine. Some of the ideas listed in this book are no-brainers, but they do get the job done. I am basically a lazy person so I need something to keep me going. I like the ideas like adding an extra lap to the dog walk, or exercising while on the phone or playing with the kids on the playground. Some ideas you will have to be creative with- especially if you don’t have weights to use. I am looking forward to using some of these ideas to start toning up.

I hate to exercise, as a matter of fact I despise it, but after reading this book, it made me feel like even a lazy exercise hater like me can do it.I was amazed at the places that we can do exercises at that I NEVER would have thought of, for example, in the grocery check out line! This is my favorite, exercising while brushing your teeth. I loved this book and how the author really thinks outside of the box for her exercise routine. A must read for anyone who hates to exercise, this book will change your life!
