By All my friends are writers What perfect timing - being introduced to this particular book; I recently realized I am not as young as I once was and there are “inflammatory” things occurring in my body, which much be quickly addressed. I have never liked health by drugs so the recipes, tools and healthy advice found here is huge for me. I was so in agreement with the author’s statement, "We are not able to give guarantees of how long a person will live, but healthy eating that has…. certainly puts your odds of living a long, vibrant life in your favor.” I like that reminder!I really enjoyed the “extras” in this book - the smoothies, the breakfast recipes, the soups, etc. I also am impressed with the fact the author has multiple other books - which will also become a part of my collective read for healthier living.I definitely recommend not only this book, but this author!

Two people in my family are dealing with auto-immune issues right now, and apparently inflammation is the cause. This book has some great recipes that look very appealing to me, and I think it's a helpful resource to have when dealing with inflammation-based health problems.
