After doing so, I am certainly grateful that I did and I'm sure that you will be as well. It is full of insightful, helpful information to truly help you make healthier changes for your life.I have had high blood pressure for many years, and it can be a very serious medical ailment. It can lead to a lot of other problems, and if not controlled can be very detrimental to one's health. The author tells the reader in a very easy to understand format about her own struggle with hypertension, and how she got it under control naturally. There are several easy ways to do that, so that one does not have to be depended on medicine for the rest of their life.The author shows the reader how she combined weight loss, smarter and healthier eating habits, and better lifestyle choices overall to lower her blood pressure back into the normal range. She was able to go off of the medications for her hypertension, and has been medicine free since. Given the choice, most would opt to not take medicine if it can be avoided, and it can with the advice found in this book.Hypertension can be a scary diagnosis, but it doesn't not have to be a permanent one. Simple changes can lead to the rapid lowering of blood pressure. I wish you all the greatest of luck with this. Maintaining your health is one of the best gifts you can give yourself.

By Jean Richards After my last check up my doctor said I was on the cusp of having high blood pressure, he said when I came back next time and it was high, there would be high blood pressure medication. I am not one that likes to take medicine of any kind, so this book was quite appealing to me. I too, like the author have gone to the vape cigarette and it is working for me as well. This book was very informative and has great suggestions in it. I am hoping by incorporating some of the author’s suggestions, that I will have no need for blood pressure medication at my next checkup.
