With such a welcoming writing style, he provides an approach to life (by way of our brains) that's reassuring and relaxing. Dr. Richardson uses real stories to help us see the other side of the coin on this journey of synthesizing new information, analyzing what we "think" we know, and re-synthesis. With so much going on in life, we have to fight for our attention and stave off distraction. Dr. Richardson's book helps silence the noise---or maybe he just helps put spaces in between the notes so the noise becomes sweet music!
